Why can’t I cancel products in my order?
Not all products can be deleted. Cancellation is possible only after purchasing the Cancellation Protection and within 5 days prior to the first validity day of the ski pass.
Can I cancel a single ski pass?
Yes, cancellation is possible for individual ski passes, but not for individual accessory items such as keycards or Snowcare insurance.
For example, if you have purchased the ski pass with insurance but find out that you already have one, it's not possible to cancel it, but you must also cancel the skipass to which it is associated.
